Rate limits
Requests a minute and a day by quota tier, and what happens when you go over.

Limits are per app environment, per minute and per day, by bucket. A userinfo call with a sensitive scope (age, membership, wallet, licences, creator) also counts against the smaller sensitive bucket.

Over the limit
You get HTTP 429 with error: rate_limited and a Retry-After header in seconds. Wait that long. Requests over the limit still count, so retrying in a loop keeps you over it.
