ATON Kestrel is our own AI model family, built from the ground up for trading: a market model trained on years of exchange data makes the decisions, and a language model explains each one in plain words. The Kestrel API gives your app the same answers our trading app uses.

What you can build

• Signals and explanations: for each market, strategy and timeframe, which way the model leans, the expected return after fees in basis points, the risk, and the reasons, pinned to the ATON Kestrel version you choose. REST, history and a live stream.
• The sentiment view: mood and urgency for each coin, the veto that pauses a bot on urgent bad news, and the alerts behind it.
• The Kestrel Eye feed: every market at once, with the opportunities a gated strategy sees.
• Backtests as a service: your question replayed on our desk with real fees, always against simply holding the market.
• A trading app like ours: paper trading, bots and portfolios for the people who sign in to your app with Atheron. Live orders unlock when live trading opens for everyone.

How it works

1. Sign in to this portal with your Atheron members account. You need one to use the portal at all.
2. Make a team, then buy a seat for it on the Kestrel API page. Until ATON Kestrel v0.1.0 is published, join the waitlist there.
3. Make a live API key with the kestrel right on one of your apps, and put it on the seat.
4. Call the endpoints with the key as Authorization: Bearer. A test key answers the same shapes and is never counted.

The Kestrel API is a tool, not advice. Nothing it answers is a recommendation or a promise of returns.
