What the verified badge on the consent screen means and how your team earns it.

The consent screen shows a verified badge beside your app's name when the business behind your team has passed our business check. People see it before they agree, so it is worth having for any app run by a company.

How to get it

1. Open your team's page in the portal.
2. Start the business check. Only an owner can.
3. Follow the check with our verification partner: the company's registration and its officers.
4. It passes when an owner who reached Bedrock verification is among the officers the registry names. Otherwise a person on our side decides.

The badge appears on every app the team owns. If the check fails you see why, and can start it again once the cause is fixed.

What it does not mean

The badge says who is behind the app. It does not mean Atheron made, runs or endorses the app.
